Where do you work?

While my main office is in London, I currently offer all sessions virtually via video or voice call. This allows me to work with clients worldwide, including those with nomadic or travel-heavy lifestyles.


What are your fees?

Standard rates:
• £125 – 50-minute individual session
• £170 – 50-minute couples session
Longer sessions can be arranged by discussion.


Do you offer concessions?

Yes, I offer limited concessionary rates for students and individuals on low or no income. Please enquire about availability, as these slots are limited.


Do you take insurance?

Yes. I’m registered with the Private Practice Register (Healthcode), which includes coverage from multiple private health insurers.


What areas do you work with?

I support a wide range of emotional and psychological concerns, including (but not limited to):

• Depression, anxiety, emotional distress
• Trauma and PTSD (including complex, childhood, and sexual trauma)
• Psychosexual issues (e.g. desire, function, compulsivity)
• Kink/BDSM and non-traditional relationships (e.g. polyamory)
• Identity, meaning, and other existential concerns
• Body image and self worth worries
• Psychedelic integration, grief, shame, burnout, chronic health issues, etc

How long do you see clients for?

I typically work on a long-term basis (6 months or more), but duration depends on your goals and needs. There’s no minimum commitment — we’ll regularly review our progress together.


What languages do you work in?

I work in English and Swedish, and can also accommodate Norwegian and Danish speakers.


Do you work with couples?

Yes. I welcome all couples and relationship structures, including ethical non-monogamy and polyamory.
